Stephens and Son Builders LLC began building custom homes in the River Region of Alabama in 1986. They are a small family run business, who constructs beautiful high-quality custom homes with impeccable attention to detail and craftsmanship. Their relationship focuses on the desires of the customer, centers around honesty, and open communication.
Their hands-on building philosophy means you will find Cory and Todd on the job site daily, meeting with homeowners, decorators and working with local sub-contractors. A custom quality home is one of your biggest lifetime investments, and their goal is to make sure your building process is one that you will truly enjoy and appreciate.
Todd and Debra, along with their two children, Brandy (Chris) and Cory (Ashley), two granddaughters with one more on the way and are all Prattville natives.
They thoroughly enjoy spending their free time with family and enjoy attending Centerpoint Fellowship Church together. They have seen Prattville grow over the past decades and are proud to have been a small part of that growth in Prattville that they all call home.
