Before we begin construction on your new custom home, we will meet with you to discuss in full detail what you would like from floor plan to style to landscaping. New homebuilding is one of the most painstaking projects you'll ever face.  We want to make the process enjoyable so you have exactly what you need and good memories of creating a beautiful home.

The list below shows the major stages of construction but is not a comprehensive list.  Every home is different and every homeowner has their individual circumstances.

Step by Step:
  • Home plan and Contractor Agreement
  • Construction Loan application with a bank or credit union, if needed
  • Permanent mortgage pre-approval
  • Lot or Land review and preparation
  • Review of plans and systems with subcontractors
  • Final Interior and exterior design review 
  • Construction process
  • Schedule your Closing on the new home and mortgage
  • Pre-Closing walk-through and review
  • Close on your new home and move-in!
